- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very poor service. Finally when someone actually answers the phone I am told that I cannot see ANY doctor to discuss the way forward after receiving my scan results and that my only option is a telephone appointment in 5 weeks time, meaning that I have to wait near the phone from 9am to 2pm! Unfortunately I live in the real world and am unable to sit by a telephone for 5 hours on a day of their choosing.
